2) Bank Transfer (EFT) — Available Now ✅

You can pay for your order via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly from your bank. This is the primary payment method for Namibia orders.

✅ POP must come directly from your bank
❌ Screenshots are NOT accepted
❌ POPs from non-official email addresses are NOT accepted
❌ Edited or altered confirmations are NOT accepted

Your order will only be processed once the payment is verified and meets the above requirements.

4) Order Processing & Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed:

📦 Order Processing: 24–48 hours
🚚 Delivery Time: 48–72 hours (depending on location)

Orders are only dispatched after payment verification.

5) Underpayments, Overpayments & Split Payments

Underpayments: Orders will remain on hold until full payment is received.
Overpayments: We will contact you to arrange a refund or store credit.
Split Payments: Not recommended; contact support if necessary.
