At Stryker Retail Pty Ltd, we want paying for your order to be simple, fast, and secure. Follow the steps below to make your payment and ensure your order is processed without delays.


Step 1: Choose Your Payment Method

Currently, we accept Bank Transfer (EFT) for Namibia orders.

Step 2: Place Your Order

  1. Add your desired products to the cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout.

  3. Fill in your full name, email, and delivery address carefully.

  4. Select Bank Transfer (EFT) as your payment method.

  5. Complete your order — you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number (Example: SR-NA-14).

Important: Your order number is required as your payment reference.


Step 3: Make Your Payment

Use your online banking, mobile app, or branch EFT to transfer the total amount.

Step 4: Send Proof of Payment (POP)

Once payment is completed, email your POP to:

✅ Must come directly from your bank
❌ Screenshots are NOT accepted
❌ POPs from non-official bank emails are NOT accepted
❌ Edited or altered documents are NOT accepted

Email Subject Line: Proof of Payment – SR-NA-14
Include in your email:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Amount Paid

  • Date of Payment

  • Contact Email


Step 5: Payment Verification

After sending your POP:

  • Our team will verify your payment within 24–48 business hours.

  • Once verified, your order will move to processing.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for dispatch.

Orders cannot be dispatched until payment is fully verified.


Step 6: Customs & Cross-Border Notes

Because some orders ship from South Africa to Namibia:

  • Certain items may be selected for customs inspection.

  • If additional documents or confirmation are needed, we will contact you.

  • Ensure your delivery address and details are accurate to avoid delays.


Step 7: Delivery

  • Processing Time: 24–48 hours

  • Delivery Time: 48–72 hours (depending on location)

Delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, or peak shopping periods.
